While the Exterra has seen a model upgrade with the Advance SW8000, this Refurbished Advance Exterra LPG 77 inch Floor Sweeper comes equipped with many upgrades and features that would cost you an incredible amount of money new. Advance's premier industrial floor sweeper for the last decade has been the Advance Exterra. The fully enclosed cab includes both heat and AC, the litter vac option makes cleaning even easier and more versatile, and the dust suppression system Dust Guard is included with the machine's configuration.

They're easy to work on, Advance has great parts support for replacements, and we find that our customers really appreciate how long Advance units last.
