Advance 30816U BLADE URETHANE REAR 32.5

A squeegee blade has one job, and it's a hard one: hold a straight, clean edge against the floor while getting dragged around eight hours a day. Every crack in the floor, every stray staple, every ADA transition strip takes a little bite out of it. That's why blades wear faster than anything else on the machine — they're absorbing all the abuse so the rest of the assembly doesn't have to.

This is the genuine Nilfisk Advance OEM BLADE URETHANE REAR 32.5, part number 30816U, brand new in the box. Check your blades weekly: run your finger down the edge (carefully) and look for nicks, curls, and hardening. Any of those, it's time to flip or replace.

Genuine Nilfisk Advance rubber holds the compound and durometer the machine was designed around. Cheap aftermarket rubber goes hard, glazes over, and streaks even when it's brand new.
