With four stages of filtration, the VT Mercury Vacuum meets OSHA's standards for inorganic mercury. A centrifugal sensor separates liquid mercury material while a two-ply, 12-gallon disposable bag handles dry spills An internal HEPA filter can handle particles at the .3 micron size at a 99.97% efficiency.
Included features are a detachable trolley with large smooth wheels for decontamination, a microstatic diffuser to protect the motor and be a barrier to superfine carbon particles, an activated carbon absorbent filter, and a positive twist safet latch for added security and discourage unauthorized disassembly of the unit.
