The Factory Cat 420 Rider Floor Scrubber includes fully automatic features such as solution and brushes off in neutral, a squeegee that lifts in reverse, and an automatic parking brake. The brush pressure setting offers a choice of 5 preset positions, up to a down pressure of 450 pounds. Solution and recovery tanks are both stainless steel for rust free durable tanks that are easy to keep clean and odor free.
A single, heavy duty 1.5 HP "brushless" vacuum motor is standard. Not only is it lower maintenance than brush drive motors, it is as powerful as two "industry standard" vacuum motors, the resulting water lift is an amazing 95 inches. The strong vacuum effect also allows for the use of a larger diameter squeegee hose. This reduces the possibility of debris creating blockages and yet still allows the floor to be completely vacuumed dry.
Single touch scrubbing is a feature of the Factory Cat 420 scrubber which makes it easy to operate, and easy for you to train new operators. The recovery tank tips away from the scrubber for fast wash outs and greater access. A great value when compared to other industrial sized battery operated machines.
