The Karcher BR 40/10 C is a unique compact floor scrubber perfect for locations such as restaurants, schools, retail stores, and even your home because of it's smaller size and impressive power.
The BR 40/10 C cleans at a rate of 4300 sq ft/hr. The design meets the needs of locations who would otherwise use a mop to clean their floors. The BR 40 is much more hygienic and will leave your floors dry and safe to walk on, unlike a bucket and mop. The cylindrical brush design will reach into grout lines and clean otherwise uneven surfaces as well as flat hard floors.
Electrically cord operated, this scrubber is suitable for small to medium-sized jobs. Adjustable cleaning pressure and multiple brush options are available for flexibility to clean any type of hard floor. The large clean and dirty water tanks allow for longer run times to maximize productivity.
An extra set of large wheels are stored on the handle which can be snapped onto the base of the machine so it can be easily maneuvered around- easy transportation! Also, water pickup is available in both forward and reverse due to the dual squeegees.
