Steve has a BS Degree from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Ten years of production management with industrial firms such as Reynolds Metals, James River Paper, and Hammermill Paper. Six years in industrial overhead doors sales. Sales and management in industrial floor cleaning machines for sixteen years.
Office Manager: Glenda Baker
Glenda has been with Caliber Equipment Inc. for 11 years and has been instrumental in Caliber Equipment's growth and success. Call Glenda for accounting issues, vendor relations, and personnel matters. As Steve's wife and partner, she is informed on all issues at Caliber. If necessary she will also be happy to direct any specialized questions you have to the appropriate members of our staff.
V.P. Operations: Manny Lawrence
Manny's background includes fifteen years with the Tennant Co. in service trainer capacities and management roles, five years as a maintenance manager with a regional food distribution wholesaler, three years as a Power Boss sweepers specialist for a distributor and this is his 10th year with Caliber Equipment. Manny directs our technical staff, facilities management, and logistics. Ask Manny for Technical Assistance!

Dave has been with Caliber Equipment Inc. for 9 years and has been instrumental in its success and growth. Besides being very knowledgeable about our products he has 25 years of experience in retail management where he developed a talent for customer service as well.
Regional Sales Manager: Dan Reid
Dan joined Caliber Equipment Inc in 2008 and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina - Greensboro. Dan has been with Caliber Equipment for 3 years and has found his niche helping the local area Wal-Mart Supercenters! His Lithium Floor Care System has been a popular success with our concrete floor customer - check it out here!
Regional Sales Manager: Mark
Mark is our newest salesman but already he feels like a member of the family! He brings with him a vast amount of knowledge and enthusiasm regarding the industrial cleaning industry and is excited to be on our team!
Regional Sales Manager: Chuck Bittorie
Territory: North West
Chuck is one of our recent additions to Caliber's Sales team, taking over our North West Territory. Though new to Caliber, Chuck is not new to the equipment industry. He is a full-time fire-fighter and now is working part time with Caliber- continuing a 10 year long career in this business!
Karen is responsible for invoicing and billing and can help you with any questions or concerns you may have with your bill or payments!
Parts Coordinators: Becca & Jill
Becca & Jill processes customers parts requests. They will be happy to help you locate machine manuals & parts lists and parts pricing and even locate OEM options for brushes and brooms!
Service Coordinator: Rennie
Rennie schedules our techs who work locally as well as our in-house technicians. If you need to drop a machine off at our facility, or are in the Richmond, VA area and need a tech to visit you onsite, Rennie can help you schedule a service appointment!
Service Coordinator: Lisa W.
Lisa is responsible for our road tech dispatching and she also reviews parts requests from our field technicians and groups them for speed and cost efficiency from our vendors. Lisa will be happy to help you schedule a service appointment with one of our many road techs!
Production Coordinator: Lisa M.
Lisa is responsible for managing and tracking machine repair statuses and outgoing machine orders. She works with the in-house techs to keep production moving. If you have a question about your machine order, she's the one to ask!
