The Advance SC800 Walk Behind Floor Scrubber is the newest machine in Advance's lineup along with the SC750- the slightly smaller manual control version of the SC800. The SC800 is a rugged low-maintenance floor scrubber which is perfect for any number of different floor types and applications. The single-touch push button controls are simple and easy to operate, which will save you time and get your floors cleaner faster. This is a 24-volt machine.

Additionally, the Advance SC800 can be equipped with the optional EcoFlex Solution Control System, which will help you conserve your chemicals with it's chemical-free scrubbing & ultra-low dilution ratio options, help you use less water, and will make your cleaning projects more green all at the same time. This is a cost-effective upgrade that will save you money over time and help increase your environmental sustainability!

- Ultra-low Detergent Well suited for routine cleaning where a small amount of green certified detergent will do the trick. Water and detergent are dispensed separately at the scrub deck, eliminating solution waste.

- Standard Detergent The tough cleaning you expect. At standard detergent, pad pressure and flow rate, you’ll have a combination powerful enough to pull stubborn dirt, grease, and oil from surfaces.

- Burst of Power For deep, restorative cleaning or unexpected challenges. EcoFlex’s burst of power temporarily increases your machine’s pad pressure, detergent use and flow rate at the touch of a button.

• 25 gallon solution & recovery tank .

• Gravity fed solution controls with pulsating solenoid technology & liquid level sensing.

• 3-stage .66 HP vacuum motor w/ 51.2" of water lift.
