We have many Nilfisk Advance Advenger battery-powered riding floor scrubber machines available for purchase! We obtained these Advengers from a chain of retail stores which had a very clean environment. Various sizes and models are available so please call us if you need assistance deciding on which would be best for your application! Because we were able to obtain so many of these machines we can offer them at SPECIAL SUPER LOW PRICES!
Refurbishment includes a 120v/36v shelf charger, new batteries and cables, new vacuum motor, new side skirts, squeegees, new gaskets, new hoses, new seat, and cosmetic enhancements including new paint on deck, (2) prolene brushes, and all repairs completed. We inspect the tires for cracks and checks, we pull the brush motors and have them reviewed for carbon brush wear, undamaged armatures, good bushings and bearings, then the motors are reattached. We inspect for (or repair) steering column defects, pedal potentiometers, and adjust brush and squeegee bar actuators.

• Heavy Duty Battery Pack: All machines are 36 volt rider scrubbers with six industrial batteries combines long run times with large solution capacity for greater productivity. This will provide an increase of 25% more run time than the new version Advengers which only have a 24 volt system.
• A single touch to the control pad, positions the scrub deck on the floor, and readies the vacuum motor and solution solenoid to operate with the scrub brushes. Triple pressure settings on the control pad will adjust the brush actuator to the desired pressure level - up to 250 pounds! Another actuator lowers the squeegee onto the floor in order to recover the used solution. With a light press to the foot pedal, the machine propels forward and the brushes rotate through the cleaning solution. All these automatic functions make this small rider easy to learn and easy to operate. This is a true industrial grade, rider scrubber.
• Battery Powered: 36 volt battery system.
• Disk decks: Both disk style scrub brushes operate at 250 RPM. Disk scrubbers wash, or strip wax from the floor. Disk machines offer easy to change, variably aggressive, pads or brushes. Disk machines typically will have more brush surface area on the floor for greater polishing effectiveness.
• Cylindrical Decks: Two cylindrical brushes operate at 900 RPM (3 times the fastest disk style speed). Cylindrical scrubbers have two machine width brooms that sweep solid debris into a tray while also washing the floor. You eliminate pre sweeping the floor for greater productivity. This 36 volt scrubber is operated by six batteries for a long run time.
• Warranty: Caliber Equipment will cover parts and labor for two months after purchase of refurbished equipment.
