Model: Advance 3800
A completely rebuilt Advance model 3800 battery powered riding floor scrubber machine.
Scrubs a 38 inch wide path. Scrubs and sweeps up to 45,000 square feet per
hour. Uses two disc brushes with a variable down force pressure of up to 200
pounds to disperse solution and scour a floor to achieve maximum cleaning
results. In addition, an optional pre sweep attachment throws light debris
into a front mounted hopper. A curved vacuum squeegee retrieves dirty
solution and wipes the floor clean.
 | The large capacity tanks provide a greater coverage rate per hour than
the coverage rate available with the 38" walk behind machine. Fewer stops
for solution replacement means more productive time cleaning the floor. |
| As in all Advance scrubber machines, the brush drive system uses a
rugged gear case drive to turn the brushes. This protects the brush motor
from the potential of expensive damage which can occur when the jolts and
shocks damage a direct drive motor system as seen on other designs. |
| Ease of use is a factor is all equipment selection. Notice the
comfortable seating with the adjustable steering wheel. Take note of the
long expandable drain hose which keeps the unit away from dangerous drop
offs and provides better control of the solution disposal. Notice that the
solution flow, scrub brushes, and vacuum won't operate when the machine has
stopped thus protecting your floor and products. Our machine has easy to
flip and go toggle switches to control the essential functions. Training is
a breeze. |
Three used 3800 scrubbers are still
available. Please allow us three to four weeks to refurbish you a 3800.
All 3800 have from 250 to 600 original hours on their hour meters.

Two rebuilt 3800 configurations are available:
- $8,995 for the base scrubber machine with (6) new 395 amp hour
batteries, a set of prolene brushes, and a 36 volt charger. Run time is up to
2.5 hours.
- The large warehouse version with its larger battery pack for
$10,945.00. Sold with a new 36 volt mono-block
industrial battery and an industrial charger. Run time is from 3 to 4 hours.
