The M2700 ABS (Automatic Burnishing System) utilizes state-of-the-art
technology and Minuteman's exclusive patented PAMS® (Passive Air Management
System) Dust Control System. PAMS® helps to reduce the need for dust mopping
after burnishing by capturing finish compound and dust particles. This
powerful combination provides high productivity, dust control, and increased
labor savings, all in a quiet, traction drive battery burnisher.
The 2700 features a 20" burnishing pad, with brush speeds up to 2700 rpms
and a 2.5 hp pad drive motor. This sturdy ergonomically designed machine
features a unique, patent-pending Automatic Burnishing System (ABS) that
controls pad pressure at the touch of a finger. The 2700's electronic system
is controlled by a state-of-the-art microprocessor which automatically
controls pad pressure through varying floor conditions. ABS provides the
operator with the ability to either manually adjust pad pressure or to
choose three different settings where the machine determines the proper pad
pressure level.
With a simple touch of a button the entire burnishing head is completely
raised and rotated 90o for simple operator-friendly pad replacement. This
traction drive unit has a 12 hp transaxle motor which provides excellent
torque for all floor conditions. Other features include an adjustable
operator handle, safety kill switch, hour meter, key switch and battery fuel
gauge.
