Model 4600 battery operated
rider sweeper
This is variable dump sweeper that has a 46 inch cleaning path.
Quiet and clean battery operation allows this machine to be used where fumes
and noise would prohibit combustion engine use. The batteries will
operate the sweeper for up to 6 hours. Even the larger warehouses are
usually swept in this amount of time. A 10 foot cubic hopper will hold
up to 550 pounds. More than enough if you are after pallet chips,
paper, and dust. A 78 square foot paper panel filter is relatively big
for a machine of this size. Expect good dust control.
Smaller than its' "cousin" the 6250, it still offers the same design
advantages of the clean line of sight down the operators side of the
sweeper. It is easy to maneuver in tight spaces because of its compact
nature. Best of all, if one shift operation is all you require,
consider the lower maintenance costs and greater reliability of an electric
design.
