Model List

Model 7765 Rider
Sweeper/Scrubber
American Lincoln, model 7765. A dual-purpose machine, it scrubs and
sweeps up 54-inch path, using both functions together, or
independently. With its single side broom, it can sweep a 60-inch
path. The all steel 16 cubic foot debris hopper is capable of lifting
as high as 60 inches in order to empty into a standard dumpster. Dust
is screened through a panel filter and is shaken back into the hopper
for disposal. Using the (3) 18 inch brushes, and the heaviest brush
down pressure available, (600 pounds), you can achieve cleaning results
not seen by any other machine in the marketplace. Brushes automatically
stop turning when the scrubber is at rest. A thick curved squeegee wipes
the floor clean of used solution, and a hydraulically driven impellor
lifts the dirty solution into the recovery tank for later disposal.
 | Power! Super heavy down pressure combined with
grit brushes will clean heavily soiled applications so thoroughly,
that even old concrete will start to look new. The over size squeegee
and a large diameter pick up hose remove water from the floor so fast,
that this scrubber has been the “rental of choice” in local
emergencies where broken sprinklers and storm drain backups have left
thousands of gallons of unwanted water on warehouse floors. |
 | Capacity! A 100-gallon stainless steel solution
tank and an extra wide scrub path bring together the elements of
productivity needed in large operations that require routine
cleaning. The 16 cubic foot debris hopper and 60-inch sweep path are
the same as a typical independent sweeper machine. No need to
compromise by accepting minimal configurations. |
 | Reliability! A simple lever and toggle switch
control design reduces maintenance costs by achieving durability.
The thick steel construction of the frame, hopper and panels are more
expensive to produce, but hold up better in heavy use environments.
Welded stainless steel solution tanks are not as likely to fail at the
seams like a plastic roto molded tank, when subjected to repeated
vacuum pressure. |
 | Sweet smelling scrubber! The recovery tank will
tilt out for thorough rinsing after dumping. This completely removes
organic sediments that might otherwise corrupt and smell. Stainless
steel tanks do not absorb odors |
