The Nilfisk Advance Condor XL model is a combustion engine powered riding floor scrubber machine. Counter rotating cylindrical scrub brushes sweep the floor, disperse solution and scrub the floor clean. A curved vacuum squeegee retrieves dirty solution and wipes the floor clean. With Advance’s One-Touch™ control pad, the entire scrub system is activated simply by the press of a button. The XL can be configured to scrub a 48, 60, 62, or a 67 inch wide cleaning path. A scrub rate of over 100,000 square feet per hour in one hour is possible. Plus, this can be accomplished with as little as one tank full of cleaning solution.

Advantages:
• With your choice of side broom options the Condor XL can clean up to a 67 inch path. The Model 48 comes with just the scrub deck while the Model 60 includes a right side-scrubbing brush. • The large 100 gallon solution and recovery tanks increase operator productivity significantly by providing up to 30% more carrying capacity than other machines in this combustion engine power category. Fewer stops for solution replacement means more productive time cleaning the floor. The recovery tank may be easily drained through a flexible hose. For a more thorough clean out, you may also tilt the tank so that the sludge and debris can be washed out completely. Get complete access to the vacuum impeller by manually lifting the tank.
• Optional “AXP” is a soap conservation system that offers an easy way to utilize concentrated cleaning solutions by setting high ratios of soap to water. AXP systems will allow you to dispense detergents in a mixture of water to soap at ratios from 400:1 all the way down to 32:1. This optional system allows you to minimize the use of soap while operating the scrubber - thereby conserving soap and controlling your operating costs.
• Ease of use is a factor in all equipment selection. From the control panel, scrubbing readiness is fully activated by a single press of the green “GO” button. The squeegee bar and scrub deck are positioned and the solution flow is automatically coordinated with the initial down pressure setting. The solution flow, scrub brushes, and vacuum won't operate when the machine has stopped, thus protecting your floor and products. You may reverse this process by activating the red “STOP” button.
• The Condor offers outstanding maneuverability for a large capacity scrubber. Operator control is superior to a walk behind scrubber or larger dry sweeper/wet scrubbers because the operator is positioned for better visibility.
• You have a choice between a Gasoline/LP 55hp 1.6 L GM model engine and a Diesel 37.5 hp Kubota model engine.
• This equipment is the combustion-powered version of the Model Condor and Condor AXP which are battery powered.
• Warranty: 3 years/ 2,000 hours on parts, 2 years labor, 1 year on vacuum motor, 8 years on rotomold components, and 6 months of travel.
