Available for purchase is an Advance Adfinity Walk Behind Scrubber. This is a walk behind unit for commercial applications Two deck sizes are available - 20 or 24 inch. The 20 inch size is available in a single 20 inch disc or dual cylindrical style scrub decks. The cylindrical version wet sweeps as well as scrubs the floor in order to achieve maximum cleaning results. Both versions are capable of scrubbing up to 26,400 square feet per hour. The 24 inch scrub deck size features two 12 inch pad drivers (or optional brushes) instead of a single disc.

“Ecoflex” versions have the same features as a standard scrubber, but also include an automatic soap dispensing system. Ecoflex offers an onboard detergent tank which can utilize any manufacturer’s liquid cleaning solution. It is designed to dispense and meter solution directly over the scrub brushes at a preset ratio of soap to water.

A curved vacuum squeegee retrieves dirty solution and wipes the floor clean. The dual drive wheel design provides maximum traction on slippery floors yet maintains excellent maneuverability in tight applications. All scrub functions are actuated with a single push of a button on the touch pad control panel. There are two down pressure settings for applications requiring different cleaning aggressiveness.

- Ultra-low Detergent Well suited for routine cleaning where a small amount of green certified detergent will do the trick. Water and detergent are dispensed separately at the scrub deck, eliminating solution waste.

- Standard Detergent The tough cleaning you expect. At standard detergent, pad pressure and flow rate, you’ll have a combination powerful enough to pull stubborn dirt, grease, and oil from surfaces.

- Burst of Power For deep, restorative cleaning or unexpected challenges. EcoFlex’s burst of power temporarily increases your machine’s pad pressure, detergent use and flow rate at the touch of a button.

• On board chargers allow the operator to always be close to a charger location, since it is incorporated into the machine. Non onboard chargers that are independent of the scrubber are also more vulnerable to damage when the charger is relocated to new scrubber use areas.

• New machine warranty: Covers parts for three years and labor for two years. Dealer paid travel limited to 180 days. Tank warranty is for eight years. Note: there is no machine hour limit.
